  • 1 banana, sugar to taste 1 cup milk chilled few ice cubes water as needed 3 to 4 spoons orange flavoured tang

Directions

  • Its an easy shake which can be made in few minutes...
  • *blend everything except tang..when mixed well add the tang n blend well...serve immediately
  • Note:blend everthing and keep aside and just before serving add the tang.
